The 2012–13 Biathlon World Cup was a multi-race tournament over a season of biathlon, organised by the International Biathlon Union. Anastasiya Kuzmina
Anastasiya Vladimirovna Kuzmina (, ; née Shipulina; born 28 August 1984) is a Russian-born Slovak biathlete. Career Kuzmina represented Slovakia from December 2008 and won the silver medal two months later in mass start at the 2009 Biathlon World Championships in Pyeongchang. She won a gold medal in the 7.5 km sprint and a silver medal in the 10 km pursuit at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Anaïs Bescond
Anaïs Bescond (born 15 May 1987) is a retired French biathlete, olympic champion and world champion. She is also a non-commissioned officer. Career Bescond was born in Aunay-sur-Odon. She moved to Morbier, in the Jura region, with her family and began skiing. She competed at the Biathlon World Championships 2011, and won a silver medal in the relay with the French team, a result repeated at the Biathlon World Championships 2012. She won her first victory on the World Cup biathlon sprint at Antholz-Anterselva, played on 16 January 2014. Bescond competed in the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics for France. Her best performance was two 5th places in the individual and sprint. Olga Gennadyevna Vilukhina (; born 22 March 1988) is a former Russian biathlete, who was competing on the World Cup circuit since the 2008–09 season. Career She has had four Top 10 finishes in World Cup races in individual races. Vilukhina was born in Mezhgorye, Bashkir ASSR, Soviet Union. She has won gold at 2006 Junior World Championships in Sprint. In the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, she finished second in the sprint and was the first leg of the relay team which won silver. Before the start of the 2014–2015 season the coach announced that Olga Vilukhina will miss him. Olga Alekseyevna Zaitseva (; born 16 May 1978) is a former Russian biathlete. She began her career in 1994. After not competing in the 2014–15 season, Zaitseva announced her retirement on 24 January 2015. Shortly afterwards she announced that she had been appointed as caretaker head coach of the Russian biathlon team. Record Olympic Games Zaitseva has won two gold medals and one silver medal at the Winter Olympic Games. On 1 December 2017, she was disqualified from the 2014 Winter Olympics for doping offences. Andrea Henkel
Andrea Burke, née Henkel (born 10 December 1977) is a retired German professional biathlete and the younger sister of Manuela Henkel, a successful cross-country skier. She trained at SV Großbreitenbach. Andrea Henkel started out as a cross-country skier but later specialised in biathlon when women's biathlon became an Olympic sport. Since the 1998/99 season, she was a regular member of the German team in the Biathlon World Cup. After several top-ten results, she could win her first World Cup event in 1999, her second year. She was most successful in the 2006/07 season, which she finished first in the overall standings. Henkel has won four Olympic medals: one gold medal at the 2002 Winter Olympics in the 15 km individual, and a gold (2002), silver (2006) and bronze (2010) medal in relay competitions. Miriam Neureuther ( Gössner; born 21 June 1990) is a former German biathlon, biathlete and cross-country skiing (sport), cross-country skier.
